The buildings encompassing our 34 spacious Villas (including our Villa King, Villa Queens, Villa King Suite, Villa Briscoe Suite, Villa Accessible King Suite, and Villa Accessible Queens accommodations) have each been named after an iconic Texas ranch, detailed by informational plaques in the Villas to give each space a distinctive sense of place. These ranches include Briscoe, Swenson, Waggoner, Matador, and Escalera, among several others.

Villa Briscoe Suite

Our Villa Briscoe Suite is one of our largest suites (1600 sq. ft.), and would be the perfect space for your family/meeting/wedding party. It features a generously sized parlor. The parlor is furnished with a dining table to seat 8, and a large kitchenette including a dishwasher, microwave, and a full size refrigerator, a living area with a fireplace, and a large private patio featuring an outdoor shower and fire pit. The parlor connects to a Villa King room (included in rate) and can connect to a Villa Queens guestroom (separate booking).

*Daily access to Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness is available for registered guests booked in the Briscoe Suite only. Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the day(s) you plan to visit. Reservations are subject to availability due to occupancy constraints. Due to a high volume of spa service bookings, we encourage all Day Use guests to bring a bag to store personal belongings, or come to the spa in your robe, as we are not able to guarantee locker availability during Day Use Only spa visit(s). Robes and slippers will be available, if desired.

Villa King Suite

Spacious suite with a separate living area and sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the intimacies of a remote boutique retreat coupled with the benefits of a full luxury resort during your stay at the Villas. Every Villa King Suite makes for the perfect home away from home. Wet bar with pantry and full living room (many with fireplace) set adjacent a Villa King room and (optional) Villa Double Queen. Each Villa features a garden tub and separate shower, plank wood floors, private patios, Nespresso makers and refrigerators. Begin your stay with a private arrival and check-in, then take advantage of the Villa’s private pool & hot tub surrounded by a poolside bar, a grab and go market, barista and a relaxing terrace. A personal golf cart will allow you convenient access to Signature and the full resort grounds.

Villa King

Secluded large room in near Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness.

Enjoy the intimacies of a remote boutique hotel coupled with the benefits of a full luxury resort during your stay at the Villas.
